Media & Press Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes how OrbitExSpace Inc. ("OrbitExSpace", "we", "us") produces, presents, and permits the use of visual and media content related to our work, and how members of the media and the public may interact with our brand. It supplements our Intellectual Property Notice and Terms of Service.

2. Concept Visualizations

Some imagery on the Site depicts concepts, designs, or future states of our systems that are in development. Such imagery is intended to communicate the direction of our engineering work and may not represent a final, built, or flight-proven article. Where a rendering, illustration, or simulation is shown, it is presented as a concept unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

We make every reasonable effort to label renderings, simulations, and concept illustrations as such. Where ambiguity may exist, viewers should assume that imagery of future systems represents a concept rather than a completed product.

3. Image and Media Usage

Photographs, renderings, and other visual content on the Site are made available for viewing on the Site only. Any reproduction, publication, or distribution of such content requires our prior written permission, except for fair-use excerpts in news reporting or commentary consistent with applicable law.

When permission is granted, the following conditions apply:

  • Content must not be altered, cropped, or color-corrected in a way that misrepresents its subject.
  • Concept renderings must not be presented as photographs of built or flown hardware.
  • Credit must be given to OrbitExSpace Inc. as the source, where requested.
  • Content may not be used in a way that implies endorsement of any third-party product or service.
  • Permission is non-exclusive, revocable, and limited to the specific use approved.

4. Press and Media Policy

Members of the media are welcome to contact us through press@orbitexspace.com. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to legitimate press inquiries in a timely manner. On-the-record statements will be attributed to a named representative of OrbitExSpace.

We do not provide advance access to unpublished technical details, and we may decline to comment on speculation, rumors, or matters that are subject to ongoing engineering or legal review. Embargoes, where agreed, will be honored by both parties.

5. Social Media Policy

OrbitExSpace maintains presences on selected social media platforms. Content posted on our official channels reflects our views at the time of posting and may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice. We do not endorse and are not responsible for content posted by third parties, including in comments, replies, or user-generated posts.

Engagement with our social media channels is governed by the terms of the relevant platform and by our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to hide or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, spam, or off-topic.
