This page consolidates our ethics and conflicts-of-interest commitments and our website legal contact. It supplements our Code of Conduct and Compliance pages. OrbitExSpace Inc. ("OrbitExSpace", "we", "us") holds itself to standards of conduct that match the seriousness of the systems we build.

We conduct our business ethically and in compliance with applicable law. We do not cut corners on safety, we do not misrepresent our work, and we do not gain advantage through improper means. Our ethics program is described further in our Code of Conduct and Compliance pages.

We expect our personnel and representatives to act in the best interests of OrbitExSpace and to disclose situations that could create a conflict of interest — including outside employment, financial interests, close personal relationships, or other commitments that could influence judgment. A conflict, disclosed and managed, is not a violation; an undisclosed conflict is. We manage disclosed conflicts through recusal, supervision, or other appropriate measures.

We do not offer or accept gifts or hospitality that could improperly influence a business decision or that would create an appearance of impropriety. Modest, occasional, and customary hospitality may be acceptable; anything beyond that requires disclosure and approval. We never offer or accept anything of value in connection with a government official without strict compliance with applicable law.
