Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

OrbitExSpace Inc. ("OrbitExSpace", "we", "us") is committed to ensuring that our website at orbitexspace.com (the "Site") is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that accessibility is a matter of engineering quality and that digital experiences should be usable by everyone.

We actively work to design, develop, and maintain the Site in accordance with recognized accessibility standards, and we continue to improve the accessibility of our digital properties over time.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Conformance to WCAG 2.1 Level AA is a widely adopted benchmark for digital accessibility and is referenced by accessibility laws in many jurisdictions, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States.

3. Accessibility Measures

To support accessibility, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML structure to support assistive technologies such as screen readers.
  • Keyboard-navigable interface, allowing users to navigate the Site without a mouse.
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background content.
  • Descriptive alt text and captions for meaningful images and media.
  • Resizable text and responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and orientations.
  • Consistent and predictable navigation and structure across pages.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet fully conform to the highest accessibility standards. We are continuously working to identify and address accessibility issues. If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from using the Site, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

5. Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with widely used assistive technologies, including the NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver screen readers. We test our Site against a range of devices and configurations, but compatibility with older or less common browsers and tools is not guaranteed.

6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe and to work with you to provide the information you need in an accessible format.
