A small team,
a long horizon.
We are building for surfaces no one has stood on. That takes patience, honesty, and people who treat the work as their own. There is no hierarchy between idea and execution — the person who sketches a mechanism is often the one who machines it and tests it in the dirt.
01
Earned, not claimed
No flight heritage we didn't build. No partnerships we didn't earn. We say only what is true, and we let the hardware argue for us.
02
Own the whole problem
From concept to the field. You design it, build it, test it, and fix it when it breaks — not hand it off to another team.
03
Hardware in the loop
We iterate with real vehicles in real terrain. Simulation informs; hardware decides. If it only works in sim, it doesn't work.
04
Fewer, better, sooner
Small team, short loops. We ship the simplest thing that survives the environment, then learn from it and improve.
We are based in Los Angeles, with lab and analogue-test access within driving distance. Most roles are on-site because the work is physical — you will spend time with hardware, not only with a screen. A small number of roles are remote where the work allows it.
